Page Alerts is one product for the pages and dates your team checks by hand: pricing pages, page-history records, renewal dates, notice deadlines, owners, and recipients.
Choose what to monitor
Start with the public pages and dated items that already affect real decisions so the first alert stream stays easy to trust.
- Use pricing pages for public packaging, plan, or pricing changes.
- Use page history for docs, policy, status, launch, and product pages you may need to reference later.
- Use renewal reminders for renewal dates, notice deadlines, owners, and reminder recipients.
Add the page or renewal source
- Add the public URL or renewal item you want the workspace to track.
- Keep the first batch small enough that every alert is still easy to review.
- For renewal items, include the renewal date, notice deadline, and owner up front.
Set alert details
Your login email opens the secure dashboard. Page-change recipients get pricing and history alerts. Reminder recipients get renewal or deadline emails from the same Page Alerts workspace.
- Choose how often NoticeDock checks watched pages.
- Add renewal dates, notice deadlines, owners, and reminder days before.
- The same timezone is used for page checks, alert timing, and reminders.
Review alert emails
NoticeDock sends page-change and reminder emails to the recipients you configure. Use exports when the list is too large for email.
- CSV and XLSX downloads cover page changes, history, and reminder lists.
- When proof files are included, download the current screenshot or PDF before a newer file replaces it.
Manage or cancel alerts
- Update recipients, reminder timing, or owners as responsibilities change.
- Remove pages or renewal items that no longer need tracking.
- Keep the workspace focused so alert emails stay useful instead of noisy.
When Page Alerts needs cleanup
- If alert volume feels high, reduce the first monitored list before adding more pages.
- If reminders are landing at the wrong time, confirm the workspace timezone and reminder offsets.
- If you need proof from an old alert, download the current screenshot or PDF before a newer file replaces it.
