Docs / Stripe Apps

Both NoticeDock apps open inside Stripe. Use Billing Ops for overdue invoices. Use Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard for old links, risky discounts, price mistakes, and checkout differences.

1 / Billing Ops

Billing Ops

Billing Ops shows overdue Stripe invoices in one list with customer details, editable follow-up messages, notes, contacted status, and payment arrangements.

2 / Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard

Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard

Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard checks active Payment Links, Coupons, and coupon codes. It finds old links, broad discounts, possible monthly/yearly price mistakes, and differences in currency, trial, tax, payment methods, and customer collection.

Where they run

Both apps run inside Stripe.

Both apps open inside the Stripe Dashboard and do not use a separate NoticeDock web login.

  • Billing Ops: overdue invoices, customer details, messages, notes, and arrangements
  • Payment Link and Coupon Loss Guard: old active links, risky discounts, pricing mistakes, and checkout differences
Billing

Billing is managed through Stripe.

Billing Ops billing is managed through Stripe's billing portal. To open it, go to Billing Ops inside Stripe and use App settings > Manage billing.

Canceling in the portal stops the next renewal instead of ending access immediately. The current paid period stays active, and unused time is not converted into prorated credits.
