Login email controls account identity. Google and password are sign-in methods for that identity. Password settings only appear when email/password sign-in is active. Billing email is for receipts and billing contact only.
Use this block for manual NoticeDock sign-in. Password updates only affect manual email/password access, and Google sign-in has its own separate block.

Turn on MFA to require an authenticator app code after your password. Scan the QR code or use the manual key when setup starts. Recovery codes are provided after setup.

If you ever use the last recovery code, sign in with your authenticator app, then disable and re-enable MFA to issue a fresh list. That also rotates your authenticator key.
